Visiting Pompeii is a unique and humbling experience. Accompanied by an archaeological guide, stroll through the 2000 year old cobbled streets, and imagine what this fascinating city would have once looked as you visit the ruins of shops, temples, theatres and luxurious villas of the wealthy noblemen and rich merchants who made their fortunes in in this once prosperous city and left an important testimony about the civilization, architecture and art of the time.

The ancient Roman town and its inhabitants were buried by a blanket of ash and pumice from the devastating eruption of the Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD. But with thanks to successful archaeological works, today you can admire some of the city´s most important buildings such as the Stabian Baths, the Forum, the theatre areas, the House of the Faun, the House of the Tragic Poet and the brothel. The standard walk in the archaeological excavations takes about 2 hours.

Between November and March, if the group does not reach the minimum of 6 participants the local guide in Pompeii will be replaced by audioguide.
The entrance tickets to the ruins is not included, but the group will use the Skip the Line Access.
