The tour does not enter inside the Duomo, however after the tour has finished, you can visit this beautiful Cathedral at your leisure.
Please bear in mind that as the academy is open to the public on Sundays, you can’t queue jump. So instead of this visit, set out across the city on foot and get to see San Lorenzo Market, Ponte Vecchio, the surroundings of Pitti Palace and Santo Spirito.
