We will pick you up from your hotel at 8am and take you to the Tian’anmen Square, with a local English speaking guide and driver. Tiananmen Square is within the top ten largest city squares in the world. It has great cultural significance as it was the site of several important events in Chinese history. We then move on to The Forbidden City which was designed to be the centre of the ancient, walled city of Beijing. It is enclosed in a larger, walled area called the Imperial City which, in turn, enclosed by the Inner City; to its south lies the Outer City.

We later drive you to a beautiful local restaurant near the Mutianyu Great Walll to enjoy a great typical Chinese lunch. After the lunch we continue to the Mutianyu Great Wall to enjoy the natural scenery of the surroundings which are breathtaking. Woods cover over ninety-six percent of the total scenic area. Flowers bloom all over the mountains in spring, grass dresses the hillside green in summer, trees are laden with sweet fruit in autumn, and especially in October, leaves turn red or yellow, touching the mountain tops with gold. In winter, the wall is covered by snow, making it more magnificent.

Affectionately known as Bird's Nest, the National Stadium is situated in the Olympic Green Village, Chaoyang District of Beijing City. This will be our next destination after the Jade Carving Factory where you will be given the opportunity to take photos outside this magnificent architecture.

At the end of the trip, we will drop you off back at your hotel.
