As part of a small tour group, embark on a guided journey through the Art Gallery of New South Wales’ historic south building, now known as Naala Nura.

In Stories of art and place, a member of the Art Gallery’s experience team will bring to light fascinating stories about the art, architectural features, people and history of the Art Gallery. Discover the revitalised forecourt, including an extraordinary new art commission in the niche above the entrance; the beautifully refurbished Grand Courts, home to artworks from our international and Australian collections; and the 20th-century galleries, featuring renowned works from our contemporary collection.

* Hear the history and stories of some of the Art Gallery’s famous works in our historical building, Naala Nura, led by our Gallery trained Program Assistants.
* Be part of a small tour group, with a gallery guide.
* Enjoy priority access, where possible, into key galleries and exhibitions (pending time of year and exhibition program) Ticketed exhibitions not included.
* Explore the rest of the expanded art campus and amazing natural surrounds of Sydney Harbour before and after your experience.
