The first time you see the Sagrada Familia, you’ll probably be unsure of what to make of it. With tall airy spires that seem to defy gravity and seemingly cartoonish artistic details, Gaudí’s most ambitious project challenges and stuns over 3 million visitors per year. Today, it’s the most visited building in Spain. Your local guide, an expert in all things Gaudí, will share stories and anecdotes that will help you get the most from your visit.
Skip the lines into the iconic Sagrada Família
Save time and stress with our skip-the-line access and step directly inside Gaudí’s masterpiece, where soaring pillars, vibrant stained glass, and intricately carved doors create a truly ethereal atmosphere. We offer the choice of three distinct group sizes: our group tour limited to 25 guests, a small group tour for 10-15 visitors, and our semi-private experience which is limited to 9 guests.
Whichever option you choose, all three experiences are equipped with our skip-the-line access and the expertise of our dedicated guide, ensuring you a memorable visit to Barcelona’s most visited landmark. Our entry ticket also allows you to remain inside the Sagrada Família until it closes, allowing you to explore as much of the magnificent basilica as you choose.
We’ll marvel at the two stunning completed façades and eight dizzying towers inspired by the peaks of Barcelona’s holy mountain Montserrat. After more than 100 years of tireless work, the façade is still under construction and it’s easy to appreciate why. Our guide will share tales of Gaudí’s love affair with his final work, how he considered the project his personal holy mission and the great personal sacrifices he made to ensure its completion. Sadly, he would not live to see it finished. Such was the complexity of the design that despite taking on the project at 31 years of age, Gaudí only lived to see the completion of one facade, one tower, the apse and the crypt. Though construction is ongoing and not estimated to be completed until 2030, much of the Basilica can be visited today. The Basilica was consecrated and declared a minor Basilica in 2010 by Pope Benedict XVI.
