In this Bolognese cooking class you will learn how to make real sfoglia, the fresh egg pasta typical of Bologna. Try your hand at making the iconic Bolognese sauce for your tagliatelle.
Learn how to prepare local recipes and discover the secrets of regional cuisine. After class, you can enjoy lunch and/or dinner at the Sfoglina's home, tasting the fruits of your labour accompanied by local wines.
