Located at Airside (after Immigration and Custom) of International Terminal - Departures (Level 3), Brisbane Airport (Gate 77). Plaza Premium Lounge offers travellers the chance to escape the hustle and bustle of airports.

Designed to provide the tranquillity that will help you work, refresh yourself, or simply relax and unwind. Built with the business travellers and holiday makers in mind, the lounge offers the best in quality service, relaxation and comfort. Choose from either 3 or 6 hours stay in the lounge at the time of booking.

Important Remarks 
A valid Boarding pass is needed for passengers to access to Plaza Premium Lounge. After checking in for your flight, pass through the departure immigration or transit area to access the Plaza Premium Lounge. Please must present printed voucher at the reception. The service duration will be monitored by the lounge staff. You can choose from a 3 or 6 hours duration depending upon your choice at the time of booking. You may purchase additional services on the spot (own expense) which are not included in the price of this service, such as the Private Resting Area and Spa facilities.

    Cancellation of Reservation:

    • If an event is no longer available for booking or if unforeseen circumstances arise, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and any payments made will be fully refunded.

    • Full refund is available up until 48hrs prior to the event. 

    • We recommend reviewing your reservation details prior to your event date to ensure the event is still available.

    Same-Day Bookings:
