Spanning 1,260 square meters, Plaza Premium Lounge Dubai is located on Level 4, Concourse A in Terminal 3 of Dubai International Airport.

The lounge offers comfortable seating and a delectable array of Arabic, Asian and International cuisines freshly prepared in our kitchen. Brewed tea and coffee, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages from our well-stocked Aerobar are served throughout the day.

Plaza Premium Lounge Dubai is also equipped with free Wi-Fi, dedicated Smoking Rooms, shower rooms with quality amenities and four Private Family Suites. The Family Suites come with butler service and can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests (adults and children inclusive) — ideal for families and business travellers who prefer their own space and privacy. We also have a specially designed Kids’ Play Area with sustainable wooden toys for our little travellers.

Level 4, Concourse A – West Wing (past Duty Free shopping area), Terminal 3, Dubai International Airport. The lounge is located between Gates A2 and A3. Take the lift from Duty Free area to level 4.

A valid Boarding Pass is needed for passengers to access to Plaza Premium Lounge. After checking in for your flight, pass through the departure immigration or transit area to access the Plaza Premium Lounge. Please must present printed voucher at the reception. The service duration will be monitored by the lounge staff. You can chose from a 3, or 6 hours duration depending upon your choice at the time of booking. You may purchase additional services on the spot (own expense) which are not included in the price of this service.

* Passenger should show e-Voucher on their smartphone with Hotelbeds logo voucher with Hotelbeds reference number. If passenger presents other company logo voucher without Hotelbeds logo and Hotelbeds reference, it might cause trouble and confusion on spot.
