You will learn about the various stages of its production and will finish with a tasting of the different matures. You will also visit a historic family winery where you will be guided through the stages of winemaking. Of course, during the guided visit you will not miss the tasting of local wines of their production accompanied by a selection of traditional products.
The tour continues to an acetaia, the place to discover the history and ancient tradition of an exceptional product: the famous Oro Nero of Modena. Here you will understand the patient process behind the production of the traditional balsamic vinegar and, at the end of the visit, you will be able to taste it in different aging stages.
