Enjoy this excursion to visit the Jurassic Museum of Asturias (MUJA), a unique museum that, shaped like a large three-toed dinosaur footprint, hosts one of the most complete and educational collections in the world about these fascinating reptiles.
 
We will depart from our meeting point and head towards the museum. During the journey, you will enjoy the beautiful Asturian landscape around us, while the guide gives an introduction to the Jurassic period in Asturias.
 
Upon arrival, you will be amazed by the impressive architecture of MUJA, which rises majestically above sea level. Once inside, we will begin the tour, where we will take you through the different halls of the museum, and you will see stunning dinosaur replicas, authentic fossils, and interactive exhibits.
 
Additionally, the guide will share interesting facts about the species that inhabited the Earth millions of years ago and how fossils were discovered in Asturias. Along the way, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and learn about life in the Jurassic period, as well as the excavation and fossil preservation processes.
 
You will also enjoy interactive activities, such as touching bone replicas or participating in excavation simulations.
 
To end the visit, you will have free time. The museum grounds have a cafeteria, a museum shop, as well as a children's play area and gardens where you can stroll among dinosaur replicas—a perfect place to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature.
 
To complete this experience, we will visit Playa La Griega to see real dinosaur fossil footprints. It will be a leisurely 10-minute walk along a path, where we will also enjoy magnificent views of the Cantabrian Sea.
 
Finally, we will return to our starting point, filled with memories and knowledge about these fascinating reptiles that once roamed our planet.
