The trip begins at Molo Beverello, a bustling port located in the heart of Naples, travelling to Ischia Casamicciola via hydrofoil a delightful experience, offering stunning views of the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Gulf of Naples. As you approach Ischia, the sight of the island's lush greenery, charming coastal villages, and rocky cliffs is truly captivating. The hydrofoil docks at Casamicciola Terme, one of the island's principal ports, known for its therapeutic thermal springs.

If you choose the option with lunch, you will reach Da Ciccio restaurant with a menu featuring stuffed zucchini flower, potato croquette, pizza, and your choice of soft drinks, draft beer (0.2L), or glass of wine.

After disembarking the ferry at Casamicciola, a taxi is readily available from the port, providing a quick and convenient transfer to the centre of Forio which takes about 20-30 minutes. Forio is a charming town on the western coast of Ischia, renowned for its natural beauty, historic sites, and vibrant local culture. It boasts some of the island's best beaches, such as Citara and San Francesco, where visitors can enjoy clear waters and stunning sunsets.

The iconic Chiesa del Soccorso, a white church on a promontory, offers breathtaking views of the sea. Forio's historic centre is a delightful maze of narrow streets and piazzas, featuring medieval towers like the Torrione. The town is also famous for its thermal spas, including Negombo Thermal Park and Poseidon Gardens, which attract those seeking relaxation. With its rich cultural scene, delicious local cuisine, and picturesque landscapes, Forio is a must-visit destination on Ischia.
