This special service is taking place during the Airport Arrival for all passengers from any flight landing in Bali Airport. This Meet and Greet Assistance Service begins, when you pass the Immigration Counter, before the Luggage Claim Area.

The Meet and Greet assistant will help you collect your luggage, and pass the customs clearance counter. He/She will escort you to the main entrance / Arrival Hall of the airport. This service will save you time, provide extra comfort for you and your family, and can make it easier for you to find a driver or airport assistant who will take you to your hotel.
