Redemption Information: From the time you activate your pass with your first visit, all three (3) or five (5) attraction redemptions must be made within 7-days of the first redemption and you should carefully review this at time of purchase.

Your Hollywood Plus Pass is valid until April 30, 2025, subject to restrictions.

REGISTER YOUR TICKET BEFORE ARRIVAL:


• STEP 1: Download the Smartvisit App (the App) on your mobile device from the Apple or Android Play Store.
• STEP 2: After registering, you will be able to activate and retrieve your individual digital pass(es) utilizing the 21-digit human readable code above.
• STEP 3: With the App you can view details of all participating attractions including location, maps, opening times and helpful tips. Make reservations directly from the App for any attractions that require it.


You must download the App. The App is free, but data and other charges may apply; check with your wireless provider's rate plan for details. Once you have downloaded the App to your mobile device from the Apple Store or Android Play Store and registered, you will be able to activate and retrieve your individual digital pass using the Code listed above. With the App you can view details of all participating offers, including location, maps, opening times and helpful tips, and access customer service. Additionally, you can make reservations for any attractions that require it and see a history of all your attraction visits. Separate terms and conditions apply. o The Hollywood Plus Pass cannot be combined with other offers, separately ticketed events, discounts or sightseeing tours.
o All attractions reserve the right to revoke the license granted by this Hollywood Plus Pass.

If selected, the Non-Peak Hollywood Plus Pass is valid for General Admission to Universal Studios Hollywood on any non-peak date. Non-peak dates are: 2024 Jan 8 – Mar 15, Apr 8 – Jun 21, Aug 19 – Nov 22, Dec 2 – Dec 13 and for 2025: Jan 06 – Apr 10, Apr 28 – Apr 30.
