How does it work?

The Dubai Explorer Pass is valid for two years from the date of purchase. It will only be activated once used at the entrance of the first attraction; after that, the pass will be valid for 60 consecutive days (until you exhaust all purchased attraction choices).

Important information - There may be restrictions

• Most of the attractions listed don’t require any pre-booking, you can simply turn up, scan your pass and head straight inside. However, some of the timed tours do require pre-booking and all information can be found in the Go City app.

Cancellation of Reservation:

If an event is no longer available for booking or if unforeseen circumstances arise, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and any payments made will be fully refunded.
Full refund is available up until 48hrs prior to the event.
We recommend reviewing your reservation details prior to your event date to ensure the event is still available.

Same-Day Bookings:
