Our chocolatier will guide you throughout this chocolate experience as you encounter complex flavors and indulgent aromas. As you follow the tasting techniques, your palate will discover the uniqueness of Mexican cacao. Our pairings will involve classic flavor combinations along with some more unexpected delights.

Cacao is native to Mexico and has been used in the preparation of chocolate for thousands of years. Today, Chiapas, Tabasco, and Guerrero are the main chocolate-producing states. From its earliest history up to the present day, chocolate has been central to Mexican food culture.
