The routes are based on the most famous sites in New York, but can be modified to incorporate key events on the calendar.

Tables are available for up to 8 guests. Menus are seasonal.

The chef offers a tasting menu of his carefully selected products: a selection of 4 dishes for lunch or a series of 6 dishes for dinner.

Once aboard the luxury coach, enjoy restaurant-style service that combines simplicity and friendliness with breathtaking views of architectural treasures along the way. Sit back and enjoy the carefully selected background music and relax on the panoramic terrace with 360 degree views.

Sebastien has adapted his culinary vision to the unique setting and the seasonal menu includes a 4-course lunch with a starter, fish course, meat course and dessert. The 6-course dinner menu adds an appetizer with a cheese platter.

Although the experience is designed to share friendly moments in good company, if your curiosity gets the better of you, a guided app is available.
