How does it work?

In order to access your digital, Eat and Play Card, you will need to download the app, (iOS 11.0 or later and Android 5.0 or later) and register using the unique Activation PIN provided. Links and instructions will be provided with your booking voucher.

Once you have made your booking, please refer to your voucher for instructions.

Simply show your digital card on your device to any participating venues or follow any applicable instructions to make advance bookings.

Your digital Eat and Play Card will be valid for 6 (six) months from the date of activation. Once activated this date cannot be changed, so be sure your visit falls within that six-month period.

If an event is no longer available for booking or if unforeseen circumstances arise, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and any payments made will be fully refunded.
Full refund is available up until 48hrs prior to the event.
We recommend reviewing your reservation details prior to your event date to ensure the event is still available.

Same-Day Bookings:
