Be amazed by the history in the mountains of Perote and Xalapa Veracruz has the only Spanish fort built inland in the entire world, and is located in the town of Perote, there we will visit the Fort of San Carlos, an emblematic place in the history of Mexico, where the first president of Mexico ended his days, Guadalupe Victoria. On the trip to Perote we will make a stop at La Joya, there we can enjoy its gastronomy and its typical cheeses that are recognized throughout the state of Veracruz. In Xalapa we will arrive at the Anthropology Museum, the second most important in the country and considered one of the best museums in the world, where the heritage of the three cultures that were founded in the state is kept: Olmeca, Totonaca and Huasteca.
