If you’re about to explore Madrid for the first time, we have to say that we’re envious. It’s full of brilliant things to see and do. If it’s not your first time, we know you’ll still love it as much as we do.
Hop-On Hop-Off Bus
With our two carefully planned routes, we’ll make sure you can see all that you want to see. The Red Route will take you around the city’s historic centre. You’ll be able to explore the city’s Golden Triangle of Art, which is home to some of the world’s most impressive art galleries. You can also hop off at Retiro Park, once a royal park, but today it belongs to the whole city. Also, make sure you explore the magnificent Gran Vía, which is where the Madrileños go to shop.
Our Green Route takes you out of the city centre as far as Real Madrid’s legendary stadium, the Santiago Bernabeu. It’s definitely somewhere to head if you’re any kind of football fan. The route also takes in some of Madrid’s most famous plazas, including Plaza Neptuno and Plaza de Cibeles. You can also hop off and explore some of the city’s best museums, such as the Science Museum and the Archaeological Museum.
The Prado
Your ticket also includes admission to the Prado and Ikono. The Prado is one of the world’s most famous art galleries. It’s packed with masterpieces from Goya to Velazquez. Perhaps the most famous work there is Las Meninas by Velazquez. It’s a painting that’s been interpreted many ways over the centuries. What do you think it’s about?
