This tour will allow you to explore more to Oaxaca, leave the bustling city behind and discover some of Mexico´s rich traditions.

Start the tour with a visit to San Martín Tilcajete, where you will learn about the process of making Alebrijes, the brightly coloured mystical wooden figures, one of the most emblematic handicrafts of Oaxaca. Next, travel to San Bartolo Coyotepec, a town famous for its black clay pottery, admire these beautiful pieces and learn about the process of making them.

Continue as you make a stop in Teotitlán del Valle, known for it´s hand-made wool rugs dyed with natural dyes are made. See up close these beautiful rugs. Finish the tour with a stop in Santa Maria el Tule, and witness the wonder of the 2,000-year-old El Tule tree. This enormous tree girth measures over 58m, and stands over 40m tall!
