This is a small group service where your guide will meet you at the lobby of your hotel and continue with this tour specially designed for those that love Mexican arts and crafts.
You will begin with a visit to the village of Tlaquepaque, where you will find the most representative of the Mexican products. You will admire the artisans at work when you visit the main shops located inside beautiful colonial mansions. Tlaquepaque was, in the old days, a place where the elite of the city had their weekend and summer homes, these homes now being lovely shops.
Continuing afterward to Tonala, a town that offers a large variety of arts and crafts at prices you will not find anywhere else. This tour is of special interest on Thursdays and Sundays when they have their “tianguis” or, open air market, and artisans from the entire region come to the streets of Tonala to sell their products.
