Live the ultimate and authentic cowboy experience in the heart of the countryside at Santa Susana. Receive a warm welcome upon arrival where you will be treated to traditional home-made empanadas (meat pies), served with wine and juice before exploring the beautiful museum, and discovering the grounds of the ranch, by taking a relaxing horse-drawn carriage ride or on horseback. 

Once you have worked up an appetite, feast on a typical Argentine asado (barbeque) where you can enjoy grilled specialties such as sausages and juicy chicken, accompanied with a serving of side salad and red and white wine, soda, water and coffee. Afterwards, sip on a glass of mate (yerba mate leaves steeped in hot water) and finish with a traditional pastry. As you dine, be entertained traditional music and dance and admire the heart pounding dance, and Argentinian heritage – the Tango. You are welcome to join in as audience participation is appreciated.

After lunch, take your seat as the famous gauchos (Argentinian cowboys) from the Pampas region will demonstrate their athletic skills and horsemanship. Be impressed by a ring race, known locally as la sortija, animal herding skills and the cuadreras race, a typical gaucho game.
Saddle up and discover the grounds of the ranch, or by taking a relaxing horse-drawn carriage ride.
