 Yellow poultry supreme, zucchini gratin, coloured carrots, lemon basil sauce
 Fillet of sea bream, creamy spelt with peas, shellfish sauce with tarragon, vegetables from our orchards

 Artichoke tartar, split pea velouté, eggplant chips.
