You can choose any of the following options:

Sea Option:
Starter: Burrata with a variety of prosciutto tomatoes, figs and basil.
Main Course: Wood-fired salmon with saffron sauce, asparagus and chive risotto.
Dessert: Walnut pie with vanilla ice cream (homemade), Coffee or Tea.

Pasta Option:
Starter: Salad with goat cheese croustillants, mushrooms, black olives, tomato confit and walnuts, balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
Main Course: Ravioli stuffed with Fungi Porcini in creamy dawn truffle sauce.
Dessert: Panna Cotta, double cream cooked with forest fruit sauce, Coffee or Tea.

Meat Option:
Starter: Thinly sliced meat carpaccio with white truffles, slices of parmesan cheese and arugula.
Main Course: Roast Beef cooked in a wood oven in its juice, served with sautéed baby vegetables.
Dessert: Tiramisu, an exquisite and creamy Italian dessert with coffee, cocoa and mascarpone cheese, Coffee or Tea.
