Renowned chef Abel Hernandez has designed a captivating tour through two of Mexico City’s trendiest neighborhoods: Roma and Condesa. Prepare to indulge in the most authentic and traditional tacos in town amid these vibrant and trendy locales.

Roma stands out as a cultural hotspot, home to art galleries, theaters and trendy cafes that attract artists, writers, and intellectuals, enriching its lively artistic community. In contrast, Condesa is known for its bohemian charm, characterized by leafy streets, boutique shops, and inviting sidewalk cafes. Here, we'll encounter Art Deco features, mixed with the Spanish Colonial and Modernist influences.

Our journey begins at one of Mexico City’s most iconic markets, where we’ll gain insight into the production and sourcing of raw ingredients. From there, we will stroll through the Roma, stopping at unique street food stops and taquerias, selected by renowned chef Abel Hernandez..
