Full-Day Tour to Verona by Train
Halfway between Venice and Milan, this romantic city is ideal for walking aimlessly through its cobbled streets and enjoying the daily life of its inhabitants. It is located in a valley and surrounded by the Adige river, which gives it a singular beauty. You will arrive early and the guide will accompany you on a walking tour where you will contemplate the architectural legacy of the Roman, Renaissance and medieval times such as Piazza delle Erbe, Porta dei Borsari or the Arena of Verona, in Piazza Bra.
In addition, you will learn about the most important moments of its 2000-year history and you will meet famous people such as Romeo and Juliet. Once the guided tour is over, you will have free time to explore the city on your own. You can walk along the riverbank, take pictures of its colorful streets or if you prefer, sit near the Ponte Pietra and have an Italian aperitif, very popular among the Veronese. You will return to Venice at noon.
