1. Mississauga Creative Craft Beer Festival
CreativeHub 1352 presents Mississaugas first Creative Craft Beer Festival. Creative Craft will bring people together for two days of great beer, food and entertainment in one of the GTAs most interesting historical venues, the Small Arms Inspection Building.

2. Celebrate Canada Day

24. Chase a waterfall
The chances are that you never knew that there is a waterfall in Mississauga. This lesser-known waterfall, part of the Mullets creek that empties into the Credit River, is located in a wooded area of Burnhamthorpe Road just before the Burnhamthorpe Rd bridge.

25. Ontario Summer Games
Mississauga hosts this years Ontario Summer Games. Cheer would-be Olympians at the event. Watch over 3,500 athletes from across Ontario at the Athletes Parade, bask in the glow of the official Torch Relay, and snap a pic at one of our themed photo ops.

27. Go for a walk at Lakeshore Harbour Front
Lakeshore Harbour Front is a great place to go for an evening stroll by the water and watch the sunset. You also get a great view of the old Port Credit lighthouse.

Take a selfie in front of the CF-100 airplane statue, which pays homage to the nearby Pearson Airport at Paul Coffey Park

The park also features a unique childrens playground complete with castles and dragons, turrets to climb and slides to zip down.

This 18km paved trail is specifically for cycling and passes various natural, green spaces around Mississauga.

Big Blue is 165 feet of pure fun and is Mississaugas longest waterslide located inside Hilton Mississauga/Meadowvale Hotel. You can use this slide for a fee even if you are not a hotel guest.

Try out canoeing or kayaking with the Mississauga Canoe Club, they have everything from beginner to competitive programs for all ages. They also have summer camp programs for kids in the city of Mississauga.

34. Explore Benares Historic House
Once restrictions lift, explore Benares Historic House, which was home to four generations of the Harris and Sayers families. The house served as the inspiration for Canadian writer Mazo de Roches Whiteoaks of Jaina series.

This farmers market offers locally grown, fresh produce as well as top quality cracked corn, maple syrup, jams and preserves.
